I contact them directly via my Norton Antivirus download on my computer. When ever I get a notification that says I "need an update" or ANY notifications saying t hey are Norton.
Many are hack sites, that don't even have the word "Norton" in their web address (A dead give away) I have never had my system changed, or altered in anyway from Norton techs. I can tell you, that there are look alike sites on the internet that SAY Norton Symantec but beware of these. I am writing this because of the person who wrote about problems they had with Norton and said to "never use Norton". Normally these online computer "take overs" from the tech at Norton took hours for them to find and fix the problem, and did a great job. Every time I had to contact Norton, they repaired the problem.
